What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is the measure of how often, how accurately, and how prominently your brand appears in AI-generated answers when potential customers ask relevant questions to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, or Claude. We measure it through three core metrics: visibility rate (the percentage of relevant queries where your brand appears), citation rate (the percentage where your website is actively cited as a source), and hallucination rate (the percentage of responses containing incorrect information about your brand).
What is GEO — Generative Engine Optimization?
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of optimizing your brand's digital presence for AI search engines — the same way SEO optimized for Google. As users shift from typing keywords into Google to asking questions to AI systems, GEO ensures your brand is the one those AI systems discover, cite, and recommend.
How is AI visibility different from SEO?
SEO and AI visibility are fundamentally different disciplines. SEO targets Google keyword rankings and measures clicks and impressions. AI visibility optimization targets how AI models understand your brand and measures visibility rate, citation rate, and hallucination rate. A brand can rank #1 on Google and have 0% AI visibility — they are entirely separate systems with entirely different signals.
Why does my Google ranking not help my ChatGPT visibility?

What is a hallucination rate and why is it dangerous?
A hallucination rate is the percentage of AI responses that contain factually incorrect information about your brand — wrong pricing, wrong services, wrong location, or wrong descriptions. If AI is spreading incorrect information about your business to thousands of people daily, this directly damages your revenue and reputation without you even knowing it. Orbiniti detects hallucinations and implements fixes to correct them.
What is a citation rate?
Citation rate is the percentage of relevant AI queries where the AI engine actively cites your website as a source in its response. Citations are stronger than mentions — they mean the AI trusts your content enough to reference it directly. Citation rate is always less than or equal to your visibility rate.

The Growth plan ($299/month) includes 5 active projects, the full AIR-53 audit with PDF report included, 150 OPQ queries per month, 4 engine test runs per month across all 4 AI engines, Priority Actions with step-by-step fixes, Orbit AI Assistant, and priority support.
What is the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan ($4,999 per project) is a 60-day full AI visibility implementation project. It includes everything in Growth plus unlimited projects, a dedicated AI visibility consultant, live client dashboard, weekly progress reviews, and full implementation of all recommended fixes by the Orbiniti team.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on Starter and Growth plans at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Enterprise projects are priced per project.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes apply immediately and billing is prorated for upgrades.
